A Taste of Spring

I like to live in the moment. It's a constant challenge. But what's a girl to do when she sees fabulous pics like these??? Rachel Roy's Spring 2011 Ready to Wear line has me craving warm weather and open-toe shoes. Rich hues, silk, ruching, and metallics will need to find their way into my closet. These pics have made an impression on my mental inspiration board. Can't wait!

Fab New Online Magazine

I've been waiting for weeks for High Gloss magazine, and today I was not disappointed. It's the perfect balance of fashion and home decor. And of all the online lifestyle magazines I've come across, this one actually featured a charitable organization. That's what I'm talking about - women who know how to treat themselves well and help others feel good too! Now that's fabulous!

J.Crew's new Hollywood Issue is full of fab. I flipped through last night and couldn't pull myself away. They have really mastered the art of preppy chic meets laid back cool. Loves it.

Alice in Anthro-land

The November catalog for Anthropologie is INSANE. I love the Alice in Wonderland theme. I truly wish there was a rabbit hole that I could fall into every once in awhile... Instead of talking creatures and weird mad hatters, mine would have piles and piles of silk and cashmere that I could dive into and take peaceful naps.

Okay - this little guy could join me too. He reminds me of my turtle, Cecile :)

What a Look

So I'm browsing through a few lovely blogs, and came across Simply Seductive's post with some fabulous pics of Fall fashion. Inspiration was everywhere! I'm thinking these had to be pulled from Vogue. But nooooooo! Look no further than your local Zara store. Their lookbook is on point! Looks like I need to pay more attention. I only wish their stores were styled the way these pictures are. Everything is so chic... camel, capes and clutches - OH MY!

Fall is Here!

Tomorrow is the first official day of Fall. The irony is that it's forcasted to be about 90 degrees in the Northeast. And I don't care! I adore Fall. In addition to the fashion, I love this season of change. The shedding of the old in preparation for something new, different, and even more beautiful... it's absolutely wonderful :)
